1. About this policy
This policy describes the current tools at aivoicecoach.ai. You can use them without an account, payment or email signup. For privacy questions, contact the AI Voice Coach team at cnvx.studio@gmail.com.
2. Microphone audio and practice results
Listening to a song does not require microphone access. When you start a microphone-based activity, your browser asks for permission if it has not already been granted. You can stop the activity or revoke that permission in your browser settings.
Pitch detection and comparison run on your device. We do not upload microphone audio, pitch measurements or practice results to a server or an AI service. Pitch practice, the short-melody rating tool, the vocal range tool and voice control games process live measurements without creating a replayable recording.
Song practice is different: it creates a temporary recording in browser memory so you can listen back. The latest completed recording stays available in that practice page until a new recording successfully replaces it, you reset the session, or the page is unloaded. A cancelled or failed retry can leave your previous completed recording available. It is not saved to an account or to persistent browser storage by the app.
Practice results and optional feedback about how a song felt are also held in page memory. There is no account-based practice history or cross-device sync.
3. Local game progress and saved images
The games save completed level IDs in your browser’s local storage to remember unlocked levels. The app does not set an expiry for this progress. Clearing this site’s browser data removes it. This storage does not contain microphone audio.
If you choose to download or copy a game result card, the image is generated in your browser. You choose whether to show your score. A downloaded file or clipboard copy remains under your control outside the page; closing the page does not delete it. Any later sharing through another app is subject to that app’s practices.
4. Website delivery and third parties
Local audio processing does not mean visiting a website creates no network traffic. Pages, song files and other assets must be delivered to your browser. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information to deliver and secure the site. This is separate from your microphone audio.
The current app does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or an email subscription form. Hosting services may process request information under their service and retention policies; we do not promise that hosting logs are deleted when you close a page. See Vercel’s privacy notice for its own practices.
5. When you email us
If you send a support email, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this correspondence to respond to your question or investigate the reported issue. Email is handled through our email provider, Gmail, rather than through the practice tools.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive medical information or recordings of other people without their permission. We do not automatically attach your practice audio or results to an email. Closing this website does not delete emails you have sent. Contact us if you want us to review or delete correspondence, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can stop microphone access, close the practice page to release its temporary data, clear local game progress through your browser’s site-data settings, and delete saved images from your device. We cannot remotely recover or delete data that exists only in your browser or files you have saved.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Send requests to cnvx.studio@gmail.com. Identify the relevant correspondence without including unnecessary sensitive information.
