Reporting a technical problem
Include the page URL, what you tried, what happened, and your browser and device type. A screenshot can help, but please remove personal information first. Do not send passwords, payment details or a recording: your audio is not needed for an initial bug report.
Privacy or content rights
Use the same email for privacy requests or questions about content rights. For a content report, include the relevant URL and explain which content and rights are involved. Our privacy policy explains how audio, local progress and email correspondence are handled. Our terms of use describe the tools’ limitations.
